‘Survivor’ Season 47: Who Went Home First? See Who Was Voted Out in the Premiere Episode

Premiere Episode Recap

‘Survivor’ Season 47 premiered on Wednesday, March 8th, 2023, with a two-hour episode that introduced the new cast of 18 players and kicked off the competition with the first Immunity Challenge and Tribal Council.

The episode began with the marooning of the three tribes: Coco, Baka, and Vesi. Coco consisted of Alex, Carolyn, Geo, Jaime, Lindsay, Mike Gabler, Owen, and Ryan. Baka consisted of Drea, Justine, Noelle, Sami, and Tori. Vesi consisted of Aaron, Hai, Lydia, Maryanne, and Rocksroy.

The first Immunity Challenge was a physical challenge that required the tribes to race across a series of obstacles and solve a puzzle. Coco won the challenge, while Baka and Vesi were forced to compete in the first Tribal Council of the season.

At Tribal Council, the Baka and Vesi tribes debated who should be the first person voted out of the game. Ultimately, the Baka tribe voted to eliminate Tori Meehan, a 25-year-old bartender from New Jersey.

Why Tori Was Voted Out

There were several reasons why Tori was voted out of ‘Survivor’ Season 47 in the premiere episode.

Firstly, Tori was not very active in the tribe’s camp life. She did not participate in gathering food or building shelter, and she often seemed to be off on her own. This made her a target for the other tribe members, who felt that she was not pulling her weight.

Secondly, Tori was not very good at the Immunity Challenge. She was one of the last people to finish the obstacle course, and she did not help her tribe solve the puzzle. This made her a liability in the challenge, and it further contributed to her being voted out.

Finally, Tori was not very well-liked by the other tribe members. She was often seen as being aloof and standoffish, and she did not make any close alliances with the other players. This made her an easy target for the other tribe members, who felt that she was not a valuable member of the tribe.
